what base are you at? you look like you are way out there. i am here in kuwait but we do convoy missions all the way up to warhorse and TQ. my team mainly hit up bagdad and balad.

Ive had a address at 3 places this tour. I have also ended up many places due to missions. I'm currently at tq. Not for long though. With in the month I should be state side. 2 summers here in 1 tour is 2 summers too much.

dude i feel for you!! i been to tq and it is a hole. how about that long island? the first time i drove it our lead gun truck was flyin so we were trying to keep up on that nasty ass road in our 915's. good times.
i been to tq alot just not this tour. luckly this time we mainly hit up balad (jbb, anaconda) or biop(bagdad). this time is so much better and so much worse than last time. the msr is much more quiet but the bull is over the top.
2 summers is unreal again i feel for you. i dont know if i could do a year out here. we are out in sep. 6 mo boots on ground aint to bad.

I dont know if Ive been on Long island (probably have) but in my 1st few months I was hauling ass down uranium in my 916 with a empty low boy. That was a fun bumpy ride. Your right though, TQ is a  hole.

My work keeps telling me I might be going back over. But more money for the truck build. I got to Iraq the day after it snowed and it was freaking cold there.
