We do have official mechanics, in fact our 2 squads/ sections get along extremely well. But we take pride in our trucks and do most our own work.

The locals are defiantly use to our presence. They get the hell out of our way on the streets which is nice. I really dont interact with them much, me not walking the streets and all. But for the most part we get alot of smiles and waves.

thats what i watched on tv...the reporter for discovery channel or one of those stations said that when the kids are out the soliders are usually safe. its when there are no kids it gets sketchy

:( sold her to Wermz84 just before I shipped out. Since I am only going to be home for 2 weeks I am probably going to wait to buy another until I get back in 10 months. I've been keping my eye open for those great deals though.

I have just under 1 more week, I leave next Wednesday....... After going back and double checking the spelling, I have come to the conclusion that who ever came up with the word Wednesday was on Crack! :dunno:

Even though it makes little scenes since I'm leaving in a week, I still check the For Sale sections of the forums I browse :shhh:

I am so Hooked that I cant decide what I want... 4 Runner (1st or 2nd gen), Reg cab (love the short wheel base for turning), Extra cab (for climbing, and extra room in the cab), What Engine, Auto or Manual????? Too many choices!!!!! :willynilly: :hammerhead: :hammer: :yikes: :help:
If I go pickup I will most likely get a flatbed eventually, Ive decided I will go with E-lockers F/R, defiantly Duals. :yesnod:

Oh well I have plenty of time to decide.
