What happened to us?
« on: Oct 03, 2007, 10:14:18 AM »
Man, this is a sad commentary on how callus our society has become.

Man dies as thieves steal his groceries

MESA - Witnesses who saw a man stuck and fatally injured by a truck that careened into a bus stop watched in shock as thieves made off with his groceries, which were scattered across a parking lot.

I know...my point is, the good apples haven't gotten any better...but the bad ones are far worse than ever.

And there's more of them than ever as well, seeing as the consequences of such actions are not nearly as bad as they used to be, people are no longer as worried about how they'd wind up due to their actions toward other people.

What's so bad, the guy was not going to be eating it so what was the harm? It was just going to be wasted if someone didn't take care of it. :gap:
