Hey. My name is Jake Blechinger. I'm 21, i Live in sonoma CA.
I bought a '93 single cab pickup of a friend in march. It was completly stock, ran great, and had a straight body, just what i wanted. It also came with a campershell in the factory paint. I bought it for $2000 with 149000 miles on the motor.  i took the campershell and 29" tires of and got some 31's to run around on.  i drove it like that for a while.  in the mean time i was ordering all of the goodies. when i got all of the parts the work began. the night we pulled the truck into the shop it was about 9:00 and i had to work at 6:00 the next morning. we got the truck on stands and started un-bolting everything from the ifs that we need to save. i went home around 11:00 or so.  while working the next morning i got a text message from my buddy it was a picture of the ifs lying on the ground. when i got home that day every thing was torched off and ready to grind. we work at least 5 hours a day for a week and a half to get it done the night we left for the Rubithon. we finished at 7:30 and left at 9:00. other than the power steering pump seizing, everything worked out great. since then i cut the fenders, bobbed the bed, swapped power steering pumps, and upgraded from bald 35's to 37's. it was a 100% change at the round up. i could actually turn! so far the truck has been flawless on the trail and rides like a caddy on the freeway. i love it and hope to get many years of abuse out of it.

As it sits now:  5.29's, welded rear, aussie locker in front, 4.7 dual ultimate's, 4" springs in front, 63" chevys in the rear, 37x12.50 iroks, 30 spline bobby longs, good stereo, herculined in the cab, 2"x2" square stock on an angle for sliders, working on exo over the winter.  ill try to get some pics up but im not too computer savvy.
