MCR5 Copter Ride on the Rubicon
« on: Aug 26, 2007, 04:48:38 AM »
Speaking of aerial views of the Rubicon ... Last year at MCR5 they had a helicopter that for $50 would take you up the trail to the trailhead and back again... I posted the video on youtube...

Thanks Cheese, that was some music add-on's we got for our Studio 8 software. It adjusts itself to whatever the length of your clip is. Its pretty cool.

Man, that looks like it was a hoot. I'd love to go up in one...you didn't ride up front where dem doors aren't, did you?
The things that come to those who wait, may be the things left by those who got there first.

I contend that for a nation to try to tax itself into prosperity is like a man standing in a bucket and trying to lift himself up by the handle.

I wanted to, but I was flying with Richard Wentworth and his grandson (I believe it was). His grandson was a really nice guy, and said he had a fear of heights. he wanted to overcome it by riding up front in the doorless part.
Just as well I think, it was dizzying holding the camera out the window as it was.
But yeah, it was great fun! I would love to do it again.
