Trophy Karts
« on: Aug 18, 2007, 11:56:22 PM »
I took my twin boys to the track up in Adelanto to see a Trophy Kart race. I have a friend who put together two of them for his son and nephew. We had a great time and the races were really exciting. It was almost like watching a CORR race (only a lot slower). There were a few roll overs, a lot of figberglass smashing and even a hairpin turn that made for some two wheel action. :driving:

I took a couple of pictures on my phone that I will post later, but for now here is one from the official site.

The guy at the show said they are about 10 grand for a race ready one. The A arms and swing arms are machined from aluminum. They are really cool little trucks

Yup,definately bad ass. When they first came out they were only about $5K,they must've got a little more fancy.I still think it'd be cool to do something similar but make them rock crawlers.

nice little trucks looks fun

I know they started a race class for the rhinos  and  other UTV
Not the same but about  the same price cost kinda    10,000 for a rhino stock then race it  or a race ready truck     think i would take the T-kart

Good grief that looks like fun! Where was that kind of stuff when I was a kid? (before someone else says it)...I know it wouldn't have been as much fun with horse drawn trucks

Hmm, sounds like something an enterprising young man with 2 young sons and connections in the bidnizz might look into. Anyone know of such a person?

I saw one of the modified rhino racers on the way to santa monica yesterday, made me wish I had an extra 10k and a tube bender
