Help in Riverside, CA.

My brother lives in Riverside, CA. and has a vehicle that he needs a roll cage built for.  He has no welding equipment or skills to weld.  He just installed two bucket seats and 5 point harnesses for his kids but wants a roll cage as well.  Can anyone help?

i dunno if you get on PBB or not but Shawn (Gearman)  lives in that area along with almost ALL of the Rock Zombies

yea some of them may play hard asses on the internet but i've been to almost all of their homes and they're really cool and always down to help.
