So the whole problem was the fuel pump?
I know its too late now, but you should have gone with a used Toyota Supra 7M-GTE pump. It is a Denso pump and I would trust it more than I would some auto parts store pump. Best of all its a direct bolt in pump with more pressure/volume capacity.
Regarding your posted picture above, why are you not using the factory clamps? They are smaller, and what makes me nervous, is that you should trim off the excess clamp to prevent the clamp from shorting out the connections to the pump.
Whoops, forgot the best part: Car-parts.com reports Supra Turbo fuel pumps from $30 up to $150. Pretty inexpensive for a great part.

Still not in yet? What's the hold up? What if this don't fix it, you won't have any time left. BTW Christmas is comming.
for the exhaust problem buy a free flow cat from performance products so new pipe and a new flowmaster than should button it up
