was refered here by the pirate! and am i ever glad for that! Anywho im 20yo live in portland, or and just recently got my first yota. Its an 89 v6 5spd ex-cab 4x4 that is totaly stock that i picked up for $1200 bucks from my step dad. Last weekend i cranked up the front torsion bars in the front(i know its ghey but as soon as i find an axle its goin in there) and put 2" blocks in the rear and got some 33x12.5 bfg mud terains on it! So im hopeing to hook up with some other local yota guys and hit the trails! Heres the only real pic i have of it so far, it was right after i did the "lift" and tires and its a camra phone pic.

im on the oregon coast...(reedsport) nice to have a nuther oregon guy!

y5mgisi

Thanks again guys! definetly making me feel  :welcome:   :clap2:  ... Anyhow, yes all us oregon guys need to do some wheelin. I obviously cant do a whole lot at the moment due to my lack of a solid axle, lockers, and body armor. But i still want to hit some trails for sure! Im actually going up to a freind of mine's property in ridgfield, WA to hopefully do a lil muddin and some goofin around. I'll be back with picks this evening. BTW i just got a $5000 dolor credit card, i hope i can resist but I see much debt in my future!

And just for grins here are pics of my other two rigs,

True about not needing a solid axle, but it sure helps with articulation! Anyway of coarse there was no mud, and just some dirches and things that my buddy dug with his tractor. Only really did about 20 min. of "wheelin" then stoped and helped him blead his clutch cause it was having issues. So here are the few pics i got before the camra died...
