are you making them go through a maze yet? try that then upgrade a few towers and see how it goes. i'm only using 1 type of tower and upgrading a few of those.

you have to upgrade your guns and shoot the crap out of them.

the pellet tower shoots alot slower than the slash tower, but hits harder.

to kill the black things, upgrade a pellet tower to a sniper tower, works great. the 1st 2 times you see them (you can have 1 sniper tower up before they get there the 1st time) 1 shot from the sniper tower will kill each 1.

its also dirt cheap to upgrade all the way
