Maybe you can run it up front. My hood is dropped a inch and front grill is about 3 inches back. I had about 3/8 of a inch of clearance as the truck sits now with the new radiator and Taurus fan. I didn't want to try to make it fit so i put the radiator out back.

Whats the measurement from the core support to the water pump pulley? I had the inlet of the radiator to close to the alternator also. but thats what i get for doing a dove nose before putting the 4.3l in.

I have about 3.5" till I'm in the bolt heads on the water pump. Not sure this pump is staying though...It has no hook ups for the heater core unless I'm blind??

Thanks I have been on 3 runs now. truck handles awesome and power is just right for the gearing. Thinking of a 4 link outback for the winter project. most trails I'm hitting are pulling a tire off the ground or I'm to long to break a water fall.

I'm thinking 102 on the new wheelbase.
