so how did the auto trans handle the wheelin you did?  i have never actually seen anyone wheel an older auto tranny like that.   i've always been curious as to how one would hold up

i really liked it, i hated the fact that i could not put another case behind it. and going down steep hills was a little harder with the automatic but for the most part i liked it.

yeah that does suck that you cant adapt a second case. i suppose if you really started to wheel it hard for a while with that tranny it would start to overheat

yeah i had problems on extreme angles the tranny would tend to slip beacuse of lack of fluid, i think i needed a deep pan or somthing.

actually, the fluid drains into the back of the transmission case where there is a giant cavity.  Inchworm was working on a fix a while back but I don't know what ever happened with it. it's a common problem.

hmm so thats what it was. i would like to build a beef toyota automatic some day... probly never will though.

went out and tested my new tranny it did great, but i think my steering box is takin a poo poo

oh yeah that fell off on this realy bumpy road only one fell off. Ive been around working alot more than i used to... my truck is going to be going under the knife for some major mods here pretty soon! i cant wait

So Finally im getting my duals together, ive been having some issues with the shift fork but i think i finnaly got it figured out.
