If someone is sitting on the backseat, unroll the sleeping bags, and fold them to seat dimesions.  have person sit on them.  Saves space, and if you feed said person beans, preheats the sleeping bag!
Share a cooler if possible
backpacks for clothes
share grill/camp stove
tent (if necessary)

Personally, for a wheelin trip in my truck I take
pillow
air mattress

camp stove

truck box (has fluids, tarp, rope, straps, etc.)
spare parts
poo bucket

tow strap... haha, i went camping a few years ago, and my friends brought their dogs... well the dogs were supposed to be on 6 ft leash, we didnt feel 6  feet was long enough but we also didnt want the dog running away, we hooked my towstrap to a tree and his leash to that....

Man you need a trailer. I used to be full when it was just me and CoPilot in my heep, and that's taking the rear seat out.
