Electrical problems

I just put a new alternator in my 86 4runner and now for some reason the back window does not go up or down.  Also the back wiper wont stop moving.  Any ideas?

probably a bad relay, switch, ground,fuse, etc. Service manual EXTREMELY helpful here....

I had a similar problem on a salvage title truck  On that one the harness by the drivers tire had fallen down on the tire and rubed raw causing my wipers to stay on
