Any news on the front dig Toy tcase??

I really like the concept for my FJ40..

I would rather put ifs on my truck than buy from Trail Gear

I'll assume that you have two mini tcases with busted rear outputs huh...

No, I have a 79 FJ40 buggyish thing with 1 tons, the stock six turbocharged and running off of propane/SM420/dual mini tcases. 

I really am concerned about the rear output and the ability of front dig..

Ok...I know I'm kind of dense sometimes, but 'splain what a "front dig Toy tcase" is ?

A transfer case that gives you the option of front wheel drive only.
Marlin has been working on perfecting one for a few years now.

I don't get the "dig" part...but, thanks for clearing that up!

Lock the rear brakes, put it in front wheel drive and "dig" dig your way out of a hole..

if so it will screw up my plans on my build. isnt it summer yet? feels like it here in AZ

the option to be able to dig the front is very nice.

That would be a nice ability to have. I have seen competition rigs use it before but they werent running toy gear. Hope to see it on the  :turtle: Products page shortly :P

use an AX15 tail on an r150f then there adaptors

i did but i wasnt the one who brought it back i was just stating that it would be sweet to have and i believe there is enough people that it would be worth the wile for someone to perfect

Dana 20 or 300 case $20 & some time you can have front diggs.  Not to hard to do I did it in my garage.

There already is a disconnect out and two others under development. I'm not gonna say who or where, pretty easy to find in a search.

I was thinking of going to a Dana 300 but the lower gears are $$$

i saw a rear disconnect in    4 wheel drive magiziene but it was something like trail tough selling it with suzuki parts?????

I have the trail tough/ fror disconnect and I'm happy with it but a sealed unit would be nice. Muddy conditions don't allow it to move easily.
