This is where it was at last Friday . He was trying to finish it up for me (Minus paint and tubework) so it could be at the So~Cal Off-Road Truck Show but I had him stop . Figured there was no sence in rushing it . So now it is going to get the engine bay and cab painted :

why didnt you go extra cab this go around? I mean the old cab was toast and you could swap whatever you wanted. why not extra cab walk though?

I gave an extra cab with a double bobbed bed alot of thought but decided against it in the end . I have always prefered regular cabs , so I decided it to restore it back to what it was originally . I wouldn't do a walk through cab because it weakens the structure of the cab , plus in a few years my Son will be driving his Toyota so I would end up with an open back cab for no reason  :dunno:
