my friend registerd before got the email with the link but he can't use it . he can't even go on the factory site for parts . any ideas

no he was not banned . when he got the link he clicked it now it won't let him even see either section main or forums . i can pm you his email if you can help .  thanks   sam

Is it possible he has a software firewall that is blocking it out? If so try turning it off and try it again.

Also, he could try logging on on your computer to see if it works.
