i really take no heed in what that calculator says, it pulls up BMI which in the nutrition world is really outdated and inaccurate

I am 6'3" tall and weigh 245 pounds.... I'm a little on the fat side, but have been measured at 22% body fat, and that's actually not too bad. I do have a lot of muscle as well, I am sure a lot more than the BMI index accounts for. I also have a BP of what most people would think is ideal, I am @ 110/60...

I put myself down as pessimistic and a BMI of 26, which for height to weight is what I am. :dunno:
Funny thing is we do have longevity in my family. My greatgrandmother lived to about 92 and my grandmother 96... I really don't want to live to 98!

as far as that calculator goes, i just had it set to normal if that matters..... acording to the BMI i am @ 31
