were does the vacume line go for the fast idle?
« on: Jan 14, 2007, 03:28:25 PM »
I think its the fast idle diaphram, i can't figure out what went to it and my book doen't have anything on it. Anyone know were the vacume line comes from that goes to it? also my choke doesn't seam to be working and this is the 3rd carb i've tried and same problem, i'm hoping the two problems are related.
I'd like to quit thinking of the present as some minor insignificant preamble to something else~~~~~

I think you're talking about the choke opener and the vac line that comes off it goes to the BVSV, which is part of the system that controls the vacuum advance when the engine is cold. Borrowing kyle22r's pic for the visuals.
