Sucked.  Didn't end up making it.  Quite a few of the people bailed at the last minute.  Hopefully I will get a chance later in the year.

Ended up rebending the tie rod and snapping the hydro assist steering ram though   4Runner no longer has any rear tail lights after getting eaten alive by the rocks.  More body damage for the tin can look that is so in right now

I also ended up spending all my roll cage and bumper tube money for a high def TV and DirectTV satellite (after going for 2 years with regular TV over the air  )

It's a PSC ram.  I emailed them, asking if they would just sell me the part and I could change it out myself.  They replied back that they would fix it for $60 and replace the seal as well.  I just need to get it off of the truck and shipped back to them. 

On the cage, it's not if, it's when I roll

They replace the chrome rod and the seal for $60.

I'll get a picture of my tie rod, you'll understand why the ram broke when you see the tie rod

things here in Boulder have been pretty slow.  jared and i havent done much with his truck but we are gonna get it ready for winter in a few weeks.  i actually got a bunch of parts from home (CT) shipped here a couple weeks ago, so i have my hydro assist, u-bolts, spring bolts, CB, twin sticks, heli shifter, brake lines, shackles, yada yada are here.  Now I need to consolidate parts at home so I can ship the rest.  2 pallets at 700lbs is a little costly for me to ship so i think im gonna get rid of RUFs and shock mounts and just replace those when I get a new truck, and it looks like I should be getting a truck in the beginning of January.  Jared and I are shooting for a spring break Moab trip so im gonna have to get busy.

on my rig?  not yet, been working on swapping everything on a built 85 4runner to a clean 87 4runner. sas duals built axles.  and still trying to get the supra running right.  i picked up a set of 36 tsl's for my 4runner, they ride alot better than the worn out 37 mtrs

its a pile of crap with to much blow by, i need to rebuild the bottom end, its got a fresh head.  as soon as its running right its going in the 4runner.  whats the word on that axle?

nothing yet i wouldn't plan on anything very soon at least not until the drive train gets pulled out. i did get the IFS damage fixed, and once i can find a job i'll be able to get a loan to get the engine fixed. hopefully i can help you out sometime. call me this weekend if ya need any
