:slap: :smack: :therethere: :conf:

Between my wife's basketball tournament last weekend, my daughter's 3rd birthday yesterday with her party coming up this weekend (for 80 people  :yikes: :yikes: :yikes:), my son's baptism at the start of April, I haven't had time to even think about working on the 4Runner :)

I'm thinking I will get some time at the end of this month and into early May.  I've got alot to do!

Relocate ECU
Figure out how to mount fuse block on the drivers side
Clean up welds on firewall tubbing
Seam seal new sheetmetal on firewall
Trim front fenders

Weld in sheetmetal tub on drivers side quarterpanel
Cut passenger side to match drivers side
Weld in passenger side sheetmetal tub
Seam seal all welds and joints

Take glass, motor, and all window stuff out of the old dented tailgate and put into undented one and reinstall

Replace bent tie rod
Redo hydro assist mounts on the tie rod
Relocate bump stop brackets on frame
Build new bumpstops

Design and build front winch bumper and rear swingout tire carrier / bumper

Buy and install ARP hub and knuckle studs

*  Herculine entire 4Runner tub

*  Build some tube doors

*  Find 37" spare tire

*  Paint 4Runner (think old school :) )

*  Install rock lights
(Items with * are optional but need to get done sometime soon)

I better get to work!
84 4Runner
Swapped EFI and a rebuilt 22RE
Marlin Dual Ultimate crawler
Marlin high steer
TG springs
5.29's, Aussie locked front and rear
39.5" Iroks on 15x10 2.5" backspaced wheels
109" wheelbase
Addicted Off Road 8 point cage
Addicted Off Road front bumper

Sounds good to me.  Do they still have some tread on them?  Just enough to get off of a trail if need be?

You bet just let me know when you wont to. Its a supper fancy technical suspension set up lol, they are 2" lift front tj coils i have some stock coils i am going to put on and see how it sits, it a little bit higher in the rear which might not be a bad thing when i fill it up with a bunch of gear. :dunno:

Volcom sounds like you don't have anything to keep you busy  :cheese: . Need some pix of the 40's all mounded once you get a chance  :burnout:

I've got 5" shackles on my 4Runner now and was thinking about bumping up to the 6" plates.  Want to trade straight across??  I have a feeling that I will need some extra height in the rear when I hang a spare tire off of the back. What kind of shackle plates do you have now?  Mine are TG.

I have TG shackles as well.  I will double check my reciepts to make sure they are 6" and not 5.5" but I would definitely be down to trade if they are.

I'd be down to trade even if they are 5.5" plates.  Mine are 5" hole to hole for sure.  I just went out and measured.
