I could not believe they were actually going to publish his book and have some TV Interview on him in the first place, what on earth made them think that was not a bad idea??!! I am so glad it was pulled!

No doubt. I can not believe he would so flagrantly slap people in the face by publishing something like that. He got away with it, wasn't that enough??
