so I keep seeing more and more people on here mentioning hunting and I never thought so many people did.  So who else does and what do you like best?  Post your kill pics!!! I'll get it started:

I will hunt pretty much anything but my favorites are ducks and deer.  I usually hunt duck at least once a week but more like 2 or 3 times a week.  This was the first year in 5 that I didnt get my 2 deer limit filled and that frustrated me alot because I hunted more than ever but thats why its called hunting not killing.  Other things Ive hunted/shot are bear, turkey, geese, dove, wild boar, quail, pheasant, chucker(sp?), wild pigeons, rabbits.  Here are some pics---

I hunt deer, bear, squirel and quail but havn't had much time this year to even get out. Tried duck hunting a few times but didn't really care for it.... i've got a pic of our most recent kill on my wall but not on the computer, i'll try and take a picture of the real picture and see if that works.

What in the hell do you do with all those dead ducks?  Everybody I've talked to said duck tastes like ass, luckily I've never been a good shot with a shotgun so I haven't found out for myself, plus I had glasses back when I used to duck hunt so I had trouble in the rain.

Anyway, I love to deer hunt and upland game bird hunt.  Quail and dove are a blast, though dove is very hit and miss around here.

Not sure if you guys are trophy bear hunters, but you woulda probably loved to get that bruin I saw in the alps this year.  Far and away the biggest bear I've ever seen in person, and the first one I've ever encountered that didn't pound dirt when he saw me.

Sadly I haven't even bought my hunting license this year.  I wanted to take a year off and do more fishing, hiking and motorcycle riding, but I only went on a few hikes and sold some bodywork off my bike just before my first hike, haven't finished another piece to get it back on the road yet.  I need to get my license soon though, can't get a pistola till I have that and the dmv addresses squared away.

the people that say ducks taste like ass either only shoot :pokinit: ducks and/or they dont know how to cook.  I think a good duck cooked right is about the best tasting thing around

damn thats pretty big!!!, the deer I got this year was the heaviest ive ever shot but I didnt get any pics cuz i had to quarter it up to pack it out

ol yeller

He was pretty big, it was almost perfect.  His rack was small, but that's ok, I hunt for meat.  He was only about 50yds away chasing a doe with his head right up her tail.  He never saw me.

I used to hunt, but work takes alot of my time away from family, so I gave up hunting to spend more time with the family.  Around here you really have to work for your kill.   We have so much brush where I live, it's crazy!  I love good venison, but by the time you get a lic/tag and gas, I can get a half of beef!  I miss hunting, nothing like sitting on a very wet and cold stump, watching the sun come up, and the fog starts to rise off everything as the sun hits it!  Thinking why did I drink all that coffe this morn!!  My latest killing has been the moles in my yard, and the sage rats in eastern oregon!  Now there's some good killing!! :yesnod:
