HOUSE!!!!
It took me forever, but I finally did it!!! :greengrin:

2300sq.ft. 4bd/3ba 2 car garage on a 9500sq.ft. lot!

It's a fixer, but will be great when done! :_order:

Congrats man :thumbs:  At this point I'd buy a shack with a shop........or even just a shack!  Housing prices got ridiculous here but are on the way down right now.  If I could find a shop with an attached studio or even a corner I could put a cot in I'd jump on it!
