Just use the same wheels front and rear and then a 1 1/2" spacer in front.

I was wanting to run the same.  1" spacer in the back with a 2.5" spacer in the front.  Problem is is that no toyota venders sell 2.5" spacers.  Correct me if i'm wrong, but I do believe that the longer the spacer is the more stress puts on the bearings.

i put 1.5" spacers in the front of my runner when i did the vented rotor upgrade, it now sticks out more than the front like .5" - 1" on both sides. i also have 3" bs on 15x10s...my tires stick out alot! oh, i also have the IFS wider rear axle

spacers do put more stress on the bearings. but I dont a problem with them. I run 2.5 inch rear ones on mine. with no trouble. just make extra sure the spacer is bolted down and checked for tightness once in a while.

I want my truck to be as wide as possible with out breaking stuff or with out fullwidth. So I was thinking with the IFS rear end and some wheel spacers with like 2 1/4 or 2 inch back spacing on the rim it would stick out. As far as the front, IFS roters and hubs, is it a good swap or is there more to it then that? would wheel spacers be better? or for a better word simpler? I'm sure there are tons of people with trial and error knowing what works and what doesn't. what is the best solution?

for the best  all around  and simplest  ifs rear axle, you already have that,  ifs hubs  with fj40 rotors  in the front,  that ='s  no spacers

2.5 inch spacers are sold every day.  That being said I would just run 1.5" fronts and the wheels of your choice to achieve the proper width.  I run spacers on mine but not 3.5 or 3".  I don't think I would like them.  Also the more you space the front out the harder it gets to turn because you're swinging the tire on an arc instead of rotating it on it's contact patch so expect that if you run 1.5 spacers plus 2" BS wheels.
