UR progress is lookin good.

so i didnt post my progress in a few days so basicly im just getting liilts things finished up like i ran wires  to toggle for my ac comp. i built a crossbeam and mounted some diamond plate over the tank in the rear.and the biggest project was i built a3 peice topper. it turned out ok for my sewing skill that are about none the top one is buttoned in the front and them two backpack straps pull it tight in the rear down both sides are zippers and the zip on and are button down the front and on the bottom. i also made one more bar that crosses through the cab  from the exo it will be for people in the backseat to hold onto and will also have tabs for my seatbealt harness's.

of some sort im not sure what, any idea's i could try to have someone take the one out of that parts truck i got, but my frame is still pretty bent up from that last flop.

well im getting close. just finishing up littles things. today i didnt get much done i c notched my frame in the front gain clearance for the steering. and i stared building a front driveline. im still awaiting the hydro ram hopefully it will be here soon.

one thing about lexan is that windshield wipers will scratch the hell out of it thats the only thing holding me back from kicking out my windshield

i riped out my wipers too i just want something to hold in a little heat during winter time it get a lil cold here

so i just got home from work and i got my ram into today im stoked. on sat. i will put it in and get the runner out of the garage.ill prolly go out to the desert on sun and test it out a  little.

yea thats it. built a motor and installes it on a 644e loader pretty cool. i think i maybe able to get my hans on some orbital valve at this job too.it may just pan out after all

so i pulled it out of the garage today. blew a hydr line five ft from the door so built a new on and drove it a bit around the black. look like my outside links are not x uo enough and ill have to run a track bar not hard just really didint want one  oh well. however it does turn like a dream i climbed on my tree and my rear drivelin seperated so i need to make it longer well at least the sline anyway still do not have rear shox so it is a bit bouncy. hopefully they fix that prob. so hope to take it the desert tomarro to check the rest out should have some pice if i get to go my waterpump went out in the stroke so i need to replace it as well

good news and bad news , went out for the virgin trip sunday.and the system flex is good in fact i was real happy . now for the bad news its weak. the center three link bar wasnt welded good enough because i under estimated the force that would be on it. and i riped the front end out from under the truck. the good news is that i think i can eliminate the prob by drilling four holes in the plateand put bolts in it. along with the weld. my outsind link are good to go and the drive line is fine.im also going to need to mess around with the steering some more, but i must say that hydro assist is one of the best mods ive ever done also coming up is on board welder my freind just figured out haw to make a 66amp gm alt. into a 100% welder for no cost other than the alt i already have. you dont need the big 100 or 110amp alt. it works real good 3/32 6018 or 6010 rod. most people i know wouldnt post the bad stuff but i think its just part of the game and now i know where the weak parts are.

this is happens to stock tie rod ends first time id ever seen it the ball came right out. i also broke a heim joint.
