Here is my "Before" and "After"

Bought it in Decemeber, SAS, Dual Case's, 5.71's, 37"s MTR's and a HUGE LIFT





Dropped it 10" in the front, about 12" in the rear, 4.7's in the rear case, rebuilt EVERYTHING, new bed, doors, fenders, hood......

Sometimes life is a rock an we need a Yota to get over it an Chevy is like a rock so I'm over it!!!

Here's my before and after. My dad bought me the truck when I turned 16. Back then I loved wheelin but had no idea it would evolve into what it is today 8 years later, still drivin the same truck :cool:

When it was stock it did really good towing the trailer and week worth of camping gear. Just had to give myself at least double the stopping distance. It also could have benefited from some add a leafs in the rear. had to drop into 3rd gear on most hills but overall it did just fine.

ace rolled it twice on the same trail tryin to drive back out without a rear driveshaft.
like ive said before, an under qualified driver in an overbuilt rig gets himself into trouble

I have a before and after of my 4runner all I did was put some powder coated wheels on and 31's when I bought it.


How it sits now

it's a work in progress, and i think it's changed quite a bit in the 6 weeks i've owned it... all i did was add lights, tires, a bumper, and a little bit of mud... and... VOLA!!!! great thing about buying an old beat up 4runner is there's no where to go but up!
