yes it has a solid axle already. i can fab up some stuff but not much. My dad is buying a plasma cuter and we have a welder and cut-off saw so we can only do so much. This lift is only temp till i save up for the MC lift and sub the leafs to 3". My friend did this and could clear 40s with trimming.

with Plaz, arc and the wheel, you can do pretty much anything you need to.

And 2ndly, MC no longer offers 3" springs.

I have another idea. Its gonna cost more but is it worth it? I was thinking of just buying MC 4" leafs for the front and the rear. Will this work?

Dude i know where your coming from im 17 with a limited budget also, just save up as much money as possible before you go and start buying the world. It'll help in the long run so that your not piecing(sp) stuff together.

If you are going to get a set of 4" marlins then get them for the rear and put your rears up front, you might need to a leaf or two to get the front leave  :headscratch:. The rears flex awesome up front, a lot of guys run them up front. then try and find a used but good 3rds with some 4.88 gears (cheaper) and get some pro-comp shock or some shock from like auto zone. I think Glen runs auto zone shock?  :twocents:

Please do NOT... :headshake: Body lift is not actual lift.  It's just a "hey! look at me!" lift.  save the hundred bucks towards springs.

If you do go the BL route, look up Roger Brown.  No more than 2 inches max, please.

Yes please no body lift....go for more flex....

I have been running a body lift on my rig for 14 yrs without all the problems I hear about. That's like 8 years before this topic was even started.
