hey, have question about front malin springs

hey, I got some of those marlin 4inch import springs and the 5.5 inch shackels. and do i need to do anything for steering or my pinion angle? anything i will need? this truck is only for off road. never will be on the street. im also thinking about one of those square front driveshafts....

Crossover steering...
IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5

Unless you have Marlin's front hanger, you don't need crossover steering.  the springs themselves only move the axle forward about 1/2 to 3/4".  I'm running this same setup right now on my 83' and have no problem.  if you think you may have a u-bolt/draglink clearance issue, check out BigMike's Big Project to see how he modifies the stock steering to work with a U-bolt flip. :thumbs:
