but its cake, nbd, just dont eat anything with nuts, or seeds no strawberries, NO

No nuts, Mark is going to be very dissappointed about that. But as long as sausage is still OK, I guess that will have to do.

Actually, I do love nuts but don't eat them, they go straight to the hips. But what about a creamy peanut butter?
Don't care about strawberries, never really saw the attraction there. And the smell of popcorn makes me

dont eat celery or even lettuce till you find out how far it is, the dr will tell you tomorrow, Low residue diet

LOL!! Probably. But diverticulits is the condition, and diverticulosis is what causes you to get sick, when the matter gets deposited in the pockets caused by the diverticulits produces bacteria, and/or gets inflamed or worse.
