lol well I stopped at home depot  and looked at rubber toilet couplers  for the intake hose   3" was 2 big and 2" was 2 small.  for 6$ if it fit  who cares right............ I'll keep looking
ask supermat how he fixed his cracked intake hose problem
He wrapped the intake with ducttape until the fitting he bought would fit over it, then he taped it on there :headshake:

FYI:  The rubber accordian hose from the AFM to the turbo inlet is only like $30 at the dealer, if you ask for one for a 1992 Supra.  For some reason, they have a different part number and are cheaper.  The earlier ones are EXACTLY the same, but cost like $80.

See, I told you that it'll sap every last cent out of you!

Update:   I was gona do it in the stones  but my buddy was NO  so i used 2 car ramps up front and jack/stands in the rear.   Well atleat one of my Toys  fits in the garage.

Order a down pipe for the car off of E-bay 92$ total. Took less  then a hr 2 put on.  Just had 2 pull off what was left of the old one.   The only problem  was i had 2 run 2 the hard ware store 2 pick up a 3/8 swivel.

Also played with the SAFC   Lo-idle was set at 25%    So u turned it down 2 15% and i also defueled 5000rpm range by 2%    left the boot comp on #3.  Most of my loading up problem went away.  still needs a real road test and not just a peddle mash  2 the corner.

 my mom just talked 2 the naibor they where complaning about the car     Guess they can't take a little boost.

well i have a theory on that.
most peoples dresser top draw is the undies draw
See we guys leave tools around the room (my dresser tools on top- first draw undies)
NOW FFC has tools in her room but women like nice/neat  so instead of the tools on top she puts them in the draw

Huh? I work with my bf. And about the engine...he DID have it available for sale, until I found a $400 87 supra for sale here in sac...we're gonna replace the head gasket and drop it into my supra instead. Sorry! However, the engine we'll be pulling out of mine will be available in a little bit, if you still need any parts.

Have I taught you guys nothing?  :shake:

Supras are a silly waste of money!  I should know...  Sell them NOW while they run and the HG's aren't blown...

I'm so deep into mine that I don't think I could ever sell it.  The first person to offer me $10,000 for it can take it away!

Since they're so much fun, and nobody listens to me anyway, PM me when you're ready to really make 'em go fast- I seem to have figured that out a few years, and a few transmissions ago.

You're headed down the right road for sure!  Get some ARP headstuds, and do the HG job right!  Also, look into lapping the block while the head's off to ensure a good seal. I'm running a 1.5mm Greddy metal head gasket on mine, which lowered the c/r a little bit.  Torqued the studs to 85 ft/lbs, and I blow 25 PSI thru it all day long and it LOVES it.  The stock headbolts just won't be up to the task...
