exo and flatbed and like Brad I'm ditching my Tahoe for a Dodge this year. I Dont think the tranny could take another trip over the 'hill'  :greengrin:

Let's see....

Gotta do:
Rebuild front d-shaft
Rebuild rear brakes
Install CB
Clearance front fenders

Wanna do:
Mount and wire roof and rock lights
Replace rims (so they'll stop leaking from rust)
Build and install diff guards
Build and install front bumper
Build and install rear bumper with spare tire rack.
Buy and install cage.

2.spare parts and some tools
3.exo cage and flat bed
4.waiting for the snow to melt

To do:
1.Build rear bumper
2.Do finishing toches on front bumper
3.Cryo new set of 5.29's for front diff
4.New ARP studs for hub and add more 4 new dowl studs
5.ARP steering studs
6.New rear shocks mounts
7.Install new front High Angle Driveline

Want to do:
1.Build 84 ex cab
2.Put full widths under it
3.Bob bed
4.Install 350/350 duals
5.ARG Ram assist
6.Convert Full widths to 6 lug
7.Incab Cage
8.OBA of some sort

Oh, BD thanks for the reminder, I'd like to get some rock lights in before the roundup too :yupyup:

And now a new hurdle to jump.... Gotta get a new key for the doors/ignition.  My only key I had got stolen this week :tantrum:

UPDATED:
Well here is what I NEED to do before the Roundup:
Got bearings and seals for my rear axle, just need time to change them
Install Sky Transfercase crossmember for my duals with Twin stick
Build atleast a rear bumper, possibly a front too.
Buy Allied Beadlocks 15x8
Get some spare birfs, a spare hub, spare drive line, random nuts and bolts
Find a full size spare...Hint Hint 38x12.50x15
Buy and install interior cage
Weld on F&R diff armor
Install rock lights
Find out whats making the terrible grinding noise in my drivetrain


What I WANT to do before the Roundup:
Line X the bed and floor of cab
Build a under the bed storage Bought a toolbox today instead. Thanks Defi :thumbs:
Get 30 splines
Order a OBA setup from Viair
Get a whip antenea for my CB
Find some bucket seats

What I want to do:
Full exo
regear axles
get and install 4:1 tcase
move front axle forward
move rear axle back
new steering box and adaption
new clutch
new shocks/hoops fixed
bumpers/sliders



What I plan to have done by then:
re-gear axles
4:1 tcase
pound the crap out of the firewall so the front tires fit :disturbed:
new clutch
new shocks/hoops fixed
bumpers/sliders
spacers
rear leafs

need to mount propane tanks and screw the skins down. still working on the Dodge, if all else fails I'll milk that POS Chevy over Shasta on more time.

Well I still need to put my 4.3 engine, trans/ np465, and daul cases/klune, np205 in my truck. Then I need to get my driveshafts and shocks. Plus I need to get a wire harness for my engine.

Well, i just need to get my temp gauge in and throw in some injector cleaner.  fix my rear rock lights woring thing.  Then i just need to buy a trailer and i will be set.  Unless i break something before then which i don't plan to do.
