allow for my 1996 3rz w59 to mate up to my 83/84 dual tcases?

No, that is the wrong one. We have a Tacoma 4-cylinder Specific adapter plate to convert from a VF1A (Chain Drive) to a RF1A (Gear Drive) Transfercase.

Post a topic in the Customer Service and Product Support Board and someone should help you there.
