Toyota EPC (toyota part number lookup)
« on: Sep 23, 2021, 10:02:32 PM »
Hey moderators,   I think this should be a sticky.

Please edit this thread (if you want) and put where you think it should belong (sticky or not).

I found the Toyota EPC part number database online.       Vehicles may not be where you expect.    I found my 86 pickup under 4runner.

There's 4 different regions.

Toyota USA
Toyota Japan
Toyota Europe
Toyota General

Here's the link for USA,  you can select different region from there:

Although they're trying to sell parts, use this site to figure out what vehicles a given toyota part was in:

I have used this site extensively and let me tell you it is a lifesaver when searching for JDM parts for a grey market diesel.

You can buy the actual EPC off the interwebs on CD, works on VIN number, model number, model name etc, is $25.00, latest version covers vehicles from the little known horse drawn Pegasus model to the 2021 stuff.

When searching you set country area and that will correct for all the models not available and uses the correct name applicable to country. So if its a grey import from Japan you would look under Japan as that is where it was originally sold from dealer.

Searching by VIN will identify all the equipment on that vehicle, C/TR/A/TM etc.

Well worth the money, not worth the fannying around and guess work
