They way CG replied would lead you to believe that they will not be releasing a crawler set up anytime soon. So being the good competitor he told him what he could get for him and then with the interest of his customer he pointed him to the best source for the parts he needs that his company doesn't currently have instead of leading him on until he becomes a dissatisfied customer.

along the lines of this, trail gear is still a supplier for marlin....... so they might not be the best of friends, but arent complete enemies either........

i work for fedex right now..... the USPS and UPS both contract out some of their packages for FedEx to deliver.... they are our competitors, but $ talks.......

I think Marlin's supplier is DiPro and the big-guy at Trail Gear is the DiPro owners son.  :headscratch:
