is there a way to do pretty much video conferencing with msn messenger, yahoo, or aim?

make it basically a video phone call... both parties can see and interactively talk to each oterh

as long as u got some kind of webcam .. and a microphone ...
MSN has proven fine ... skype is good for talking only ... no video ...
yahoo is fine for video n talk ... icq is also okay ....

i've been wanting a webcam for the longest time . .but i never got around to getting one .. they're so cheap .... yer lookin at $20 :P or less, depending .. but ... i want me something that i can record video with ......... n have at least 640x480 ;)

i have toerh issues... my computer is really slow, and a lot of webcams arent compatible :( 233 mhz p2 with 256 mb ram running win98 se
