I bet you are running an old version of Java (from your old version of IE). If you don't want to switch to a real browser (www.getfirefox.com) or update MS IE, then try to update your Java script at least.
Check this site for a newer version of Java: http://www.tucows.com/preview/194327

Mike, I just went through the forum with an Apple Powerbook G4 and everything is running clean.
Sweet, good to know. One thing I noticed while switching to and from FireFox and InternetExploDER is that in InternetExploDER it doesnt list the test correctly on the Stats page in the first stat area (top left). Stupid MicroCRAP.

HAY WHAT about color ?   I my self don't like gray on gray  can U enable the color choices  for  us why like difren colors :)
Well, there is little Color on the Main Page so there is little color here. I did this to match the WWW page. But I can provide an Optional Theme for everyone to choose from, I could just put up the default Theme which is full of Blue.

I like the way it looks. it matches my Windows

Good job mike

Hay what happened to my post count :headscratch: I had over 2,800 ???
Yeah! Cool! I also use the Silver Color Scheme in WinXP and it matches all of my Windows and Menus
About the post count, I pretty much screwed up pretty bad. I was checking people's post counts and I noticed that many people's post count was not the same as their actual post count (as found through Profile > Show Posts > Last Page). So I made corrections to about 20 different members, but what I forgot about is that some sections of the forum (like Chit Chat Camp) do not count posts. That means that I am going to have to go through each members post count and total up the posts that were done through the CCC. :thud: I am pretty screwed at this point.....

Don't like the new color.  Makes it hard to see, needs more contrast.
You are the second person who said that it is hard to read (MrWilly was the other). Is it really that bad? What needs more contrast? It looks really great to me....................... :headscratch:

When I was messin around and revived Mini's noobie thread I got a warning that the thread was over 120 days since the last post and that I might consider starting a new thread. Way too funny.

Thats ok, I replied to a thread that resurfaced from over a year ago! :smack:

I defiently like the new look. For the most part everything is cool.I don't know if it's just me,but it seems like it takes longer for a page to load if it has images now.Im on dialup, but it seems slower now than it did before.
Also I like the fact that is more mobile friendly. The only access I have to the board at work is on my cell.I can actually read through a thread now,BUT what I miss is the shoutbox.I can't see it on my mobile.
Other than that GOOD JOB MIKE.

Thanks Bubba! I've never tried loading the forum on my cell phone :o

You know, my friend has Dial Up and I also told him to check out the new forum look, and he said that the pictures loaded slower as well. It must have something to do with the Thumbnail feature, which I, as well as many others like a lot.

Let me know how everything else goes with Dial up....

Thanks

Does anybody else notice the spell check popup has to be scrolled to get to the bottons?  Can this be fixed so it is like it was before?

Yup, I really dislike that. I need to fix it. One thing I do like about different window sizes is the width of the Pop-up window. I was going to do that with the old forum but I never got around to it... Having the more narrow window displays less smileys at a time making it easier to scroll through them.
