ford pos? That Ford pos looks like it didn't even budge under the weight of the runner, looking at all 3 pics, the fender/hood is barely bent... I'd say it held up fairly well

Objection, irrellevant...the witness is obviously biased.  Ask to have previous statements stricken from record and witness held in contempt of Toyota.
IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5

actually my dear, you eyes must decieve you-the front fender was pushed all the way into the inner structure, the hood went into the intake manifold so it could not go any further..the door has been pushed in about 12 inches, conforming to the shape of the steering wheel, and the bed side has been pushed in over a foot, and folded down wards, roof has been pushed down about 2 inches.
id say i did quite a bit of damage with one tire on the front of a 3500 pound rig-considering that stock ranger weighs 4250.. :slap:

This topic has been split and the offensive material moved for review by the moderators.

It is one thing to post pictures of trucks driving on obvious scrap yard junk. Especially when it is on your own property, but posting pictures and/or comments about blantantly vandalizing good trucks found on the trails, maybe someone got stuck, maybe they went for a hike, who knows, will not be tolerated.

It is actions like that that get us all banned from our favorite pastime, and the trails closed down. The irresponsilbe actions of a few impacts us all and should never be encouraged.

If anyone comes across any offensive posts on any thread, on any board, do not just post questions on that thread as to why this is being allowed. The mods can't be everywhere, we do not read every thread, please PM whoever is the mod of that board and we will take care of it.

Thank you,
Diane

This is the PM I got from Crawlerdan and have his permission to share it:

Quote from: crawlerdan
the ford ranger in question is owned by a freind of mine-is on private property, being used for parts "(motor)
and we had absolute permission to drive on said truck at the time of doing so, it has now been donated to the boys and girls club and will be placed in a wrecking yard-i understand your job as a moderator-and obvious dislike to vandalism-however- i do not in any way condone the destruction of private property for humourous or destructive purposes-the pics where taken to show the ability of my 4runner and would have been posted weather it be chevy-jeep-or ford-

feel free to contact me if you have any further questions, thanks-dan
