I wont be ready for the after turkey day con but it seems like everyone has backed out anyway. I am going to put my truck under the knife this weekend. So maybe it will be ready for a snow run this time next month. :yesnod:

Well, guys. I don't think I am going to be able to go on this one. The military is sending me TDY on the 4th. I explained that I already had plans, but they aren't very understanding when it comes to putting your hobbies before the nations intrests....go figure.
:usa:

I am still debating what I am going to do........

The whole reason I wanted to go there was because, back when I started this post, "apparently" NO ONE was going to do the usual Turkey Day Hammer run, so I decided that I would get a run together for Rubicon, since I have wheeled more at the hammers than at Rubicon..

Then, this last weekend, I find out that all of the Wicked Wheelers (up in Oakhurst) will be there, including Holly (Rokota) and Louis (Rokblaz), Angelo and his wife, Rocky, Steve, and a bunch of other people from work too....

So here's what I am undecided on.

The Hammers run is on Thanksgiving weekend, right? The 25-27th? And I was going to do Rubicon the following weekend, Dec 2-4th.

So potentially, I could do both runs. But realistically, I only have enough gas $$ to travel to one trail and back. So, if the Hammers run is a company sponsored run, then I might be able to get some of my gas paid for, but I really doubt it..

So right now I just have not decided what I am going to do :headscratch:

Hey Mike, still going?? There should be plenty of snow. Remember, Loon is off limits for now because of the ski resrtictions and our volunteer effort to keep off the road.

This was actually supposed to happen on the 2-4th of DEC. But with this storm and the front that is gonna hit us tonight I think everything will be under atleast 3 foot of snow.
