Coming in Friday afternoon, observation point stopped for sammiches

Coming into camp (Thanks FIREBALL for the hookup on the great spot!!) what do we see? a wet F-TOY being brought back to life, who was driving again Chris? 

plugs back in and a couple of cranks she fired right up!

got camp set up, went out to do a little exploring

Saturday morning on our way to go play we found Ruger, Blackdog, FFC and spotters camp! Rich (RUGER) and I went on our way up to Big Sluice

had an awesome dinner, listened to Steve tell the history of the Rubicon and Marlin tell us the history of Marlin Crawler, warmed up by the fire for a bit then off for some night crawlin with my buddy Tony

Had a visitor Sunday morning while breaking camp

stopped at observation again, Jason (FIREBALL) pointing out to me where the trail runs along the hillside

What an awsome weekend! it was great to meet everyone, there were a few we missed but we'll see you next time. Special thanks to FIREBALL and his group  , they hooked us up on a campsite and treated us like family all weekend long, and of course Marlin and crew for setting this whole thing up! Cant wait till next year

I wished I knew Marlin had crossed over to the dozens camp ground because I would have stopped by Sunday morning.

I was trying to catch Marlin and his group that morning so I jammed right past your camp ground trying to find Marlin. I wanted to check out your truck, but I was to tired and Sat when I saw it, and I missed it on Sun

Next year I'll make sure to have plenty of play time

Thanks KYOTA, you guys were great neighbors. Had a good time wheelin with ya. Like I said, i'll let you know when we come up quadin on the dunes. Maybe we can hook up then. I also have some friends in Portland that I need to go visit too, so we'll be in touch.

Kyota! Sorry I didn't get to meet you face to face, I saw you from across the field when we were eating (I was with FFC, Ruger, BD and then when we all yelled to you). I dedicated an ACDC song to you too, but FFC said you were already gone back to your camp. Guess you'll just have to come out to FL and do a little bogging

I also came up to the Willys when you guys came thru our camp when you first came into the springs Friday night following Angelo, talked to Angelo for a few then walked back to the Willys and said "Hey no Jeeps!!"   (probly saying to yourselves who the hell was that Ahole? )

That was you? I couldn't see anything at that point, it was too dark. We were doing all we could not to loose Angelo. He was flying like a bat out of hell trying to find the Marlin group.
Dangit! Well next time you're in FL we'll have to bring you out to our favorite mudhole!
