Nothing big from me, I lost a nut off the front shackle but got that back on in no time and on the trip home my rear u-joint started screaming at me.  I have extra joints and will replace that this weekend.  But I know alot of other people had alot of damaged.  I saw several twisted drivelines and such on the Big sluice....come on people post up the carnage

derek

hasnt happened yet. so i will tell you next year.  :screwy:

In my group, John H broke a center pin on his 60d '83, Dirtmover sheared his knuckle studs and destroyed the trunion bearing, and this crazy yaahoo, busted his rear shaft bouncing on "Toyota hill" Sick assents the first two times, just couldn't get the line on the third try Saturday night.

Hyena

Flopped it on right before Walker.  noly a couple dents on the passenger side door.  And sheard the front driveline bolts off on the way out.  had to drive out in 2wd all the way from Soup Can.  Only had to get pulled through Gatekeeper by TEXXX.

RHG

Nahhhh there was a stock height IFS rig running 35's and he was dualed up and everything. I got pics, just gotta do the ol fashioned thing and get them developed. Ima be smart and have them put on  a CD though. I got some pics of Lilbuddys major leakage when he smashed his rear perch through the axle housing

probably got one of me then putting some of my spare bolts in to get his front shaft hooked back up.
i was under there and asked him if he had a gear oil container in the back that was leaking, then i realized his housing was cracked. :smack:

I've always wondered about those type of shackles bending either from landing on something or stress.

Man, next year for sure I'm gonna show up a couple days early. I only met like 10 people...... I just figured no one else really made it becuase of the high gas prices...

I SAID HI TO YOU MIKE, YOU WHERE A LITTLE BUSY THOUGH

Hyena

TEXXX didn't make it to the springs.  He broke the stock push-pull steering box bracket right after spider lake.  It sucked for him.  I tried to help out as much as i could.

TEXXX

Big Mike you went right through my campsite sat morning! i was broke and poked my head out of my tent just in time to see you go by! it sucked being broke but thats all part of the game right? hope to finally meet everyone next year at mcr5 or even hopefully sooner. and just one more thing time to get rid of stock steering!
PS
Thanks again Hyena!! YOU KICK MAJOR BUTT!
RIP Gatekeeper you will be missed!
