So far so good on the repairs to my truck. It scarred up the outside of the bell on my birf and the inside of the spindle  running it with no top trunion bearing. John H's welds held up perfectly, even after grinding the welds on the outside I could'nt break it apart in the vise with a 12lb sledge. Looks like mudmaster is gong to hook me up with a knuckle and I'll be going in no time.
Now I can start teaching myself about body repair.

Glad John's welds held so good. I was happy to see the trailers that afternoon  :talkingn:

BTW, thanks for the help thus far, I have an interview with Jose @ noon and Brent after work tomorrow. So far so good.

My only problem was a sticking left rear brake, which got the drum so hot that it started to warp. Prolly should have replaced the drums before the trip, but oh-well. Once it cooled, and the brakes adjusted, it was fine. I was worried I'd burnt up the bearing/seal.

Scraped up the pumpkins a bit, gotta put some diff covers on. Also need to do a U-bolt flip. All minor stuff.

it twisted and then sheared at a later date, thankfully not on the freeway home or something, im prety sure cadalac hill is responsable for it, seeing as i had to bounce and run at alot of the hill toi get up, but i did it under my own power!! yay for stock rigs!!!
anyway, i already fixed it and am back on the road

Mine was just body damage time to change cabs and build my own version of a trailblazer, I guess this makes it one less genuine TrailBlazer.
