Cut Door ideas..

no doors means no door speakers or mirrors. Half doors well, they are still half a door.

these doors are cable operated so you can bend that cable and mount the inner latch where ever you want. In THIS case no, there is no latch. Actually there is and it is inside the speaker hole meant solely for removal of the door.

I've had friends gettin tickets for no doors on a yota...A jeep can pull it off cuz they're designed for it, but yotas don't have that little security lip on the bottom of the doorwell.

Those doors are tiiiite... too bad they won't work for my truck

Actually RCRC is still a club but that's another story. With family and other hobbies I just don't have time to dedicate to a club. Clubs are supposed to be fun, when that stops what's the point. Anyway, I haven't talked to Ron but then I haven't really done any wheeling in a long time. What hometown are you talking about? The members that were RCRC and now are RNR still live where they lived from Pollock Pines to Roseville.  What rigs?

Sure thing, I'm basically watt n 50. Let me know when you can come by - If I won't be able to be here I'll just leave em out. I could meet somewhere possibly too, I work on the garden highway and go to the Natomas area quite a bit.

What do you guys use to unlatch them once you cut the crap outa them? Or do you just go Duke of Hazzard style?

I've seen where they take the inside door handle and put it in the top inside of the well. You need to modify the linkage when moving it.

that doesn't make sense to me, I don't want to see the handle. I always put it right inside. On this set I just left the bar behind the speaker hold inside though - since it isn't meant to be opened unless you want to take it off.

Some people still need to open the door to get out due to their large :moon:

 :rofl2:

The doors I really like were made by someone with TDS 4x4 Club, they weren't so low but similar to Marlin's. This guy even formed cup holders into the doors.
