Tranny Q for Marlin (or wheover)
« on: Jun 23, 2005, 11:22:55 AM »
I'm thinking about switching to an auto - what is the preferred auto to bolt up to a ford SB? Preferably one that someone makes an adapter to go to the 23 spline toy tcase for.

thx

I've seen adapters for the C4 and the AOD. If you really wanted to drop some coin, you could get the bellhousing adapter to run a GM auto behind the 302 and then adapt to the Toy case, of course you're looking @ probably a grand in just adapters to do that though.

I don't believe there is an adapter for the 400-Toy case though. I think the only GM adapters available are for the 350, 700, and the 4l60.
