I have a pintle hook on the back of my rig that says "JEEP THING"
when people ask me what that means I tell them, if they ever wondered what the JEEP THING is all about, its the hook on the back of my rig.
I use the JEEP THING whenever I run across a stuck JEEP.......

So the jeep thing is a Toyota with a tow strap.............now I understand......(no I don't hate jeeps.....this is just very funny)

I was wheeling with my friend last christmas at prairie city and he drives a cherokee on 32's with open diffs and we got stuck and we got pulled out by a yota, I liked that since i dont like jeeps to much haha.......im sure the owner of that toy liked it more than me though lol.

Back in high school a buddy had a willy's pickup and it had a chevy 327 and a twin stick setup, and a set of bias ply tires (sag tread design from les schwab.)   And we would spend all weekend pulling people out of the snow on Hebo mountain, when we got snow on a yearly basis.  Made a ton of gas and beer money doing that!      I've also been seen pulling out a friends ford p/u, (truck was built just for sandlake) that was stuck in a ditch in his front yard, with my 78 el camino!  And he was telling me to not tell his wife!!

THe first night we were out with the Willys, as quite a few probably already read, we went to a Sonic's on a night that just happened to be the night a Jeep club was meeting there. We had really been concerned as to how "real" jeep people might percieve the Mammoth, but it was well recieved all around. And when we showed up for the Willys reunion that following weekend, they were even more psyched. As we pulled up, the one guy that had the really pristine Willy's said something to the effect of saving a place for us!
Even though they knew we were only Willys in outward appearance they loved everything MrW had done. It's an appreciation for the craft, not what your driving.
