New MarRack Mount Upgrades!
« on: Dec 12, 2022, 01:09:05 PM »
Check out our new steering upgrades for RCLT HD installations!

Heavy Duty Center Mount for MarRack Steering Rack
MarlinCrawler.com/steering/parts/rclt/heavy-duty-center-mount-marrack-steering-rack

The MarRack features a new center mount for a third steering rack-to-frame connection, which this kit takes advantage of for extra strength, reliability, and safety. With this kit, the MarRack has a 5.1-times greater rack-to-frame connection size compared to stock light-duty steering racks.

Benefits:
  • Greatly increases rack mount strength for horizontal forces
  • Spreads loads away from main mounts increasing frame mount durability
Specifically designed for an RCLT HD installation for proper alignment with frame. Not compatible with factory-installed steering racks. Tested since April 2022 on sixteen Moab trails and our local Dusy/Ershim trail with RCLT HD & 40" tires.

Double-Sheer Mount for MarRack Steering Rack
MarlinCrawler.com/steering/parts/rclt/double-sheer-mount-marrack-steering-rack

This kit adds a reinforcement above the rack that is welded to the frame for the ultimate in frame sleeve strength and rack bushing reliability. Installing "Dual" mounts increases the rack-to-frame connection size by 4.5-times greater than stock light-duty steering racks.

Benefits:
  • Prevent Toyota's mount design being yanked out of the frame in high stress applications (38" or larger tires)
  • Enlarged contact area covers entire bushing preventing passenger-side bushing failure
Originally designed in 2021 for an undersized prototype passenger-side frame insert, now available as an upgrade kit for either passenger- or driver-side MarRack mounts! Tested since April 2022 on sixteen Moab trails and our local Dusy/Ershim trail with RCLT HD & 40" tires.

Sold separately. Order Qty 1 for one MarRack mount, or Qty 2 to upgrade both mounts. Fits either side mount, however, please see "Dual Mount Notes" on our website for possible limitations.

Unmatched Strength, further unmatched!

RCLT HD now has up to an 8.2-times larger steering rack-to-frame mount connection than stock, making it the strongest and most reliable Toyota/Lexus IFS steering rack mount available.
