brandon, did you start on the other door yet?  Pick n pull Half price this weekend man.  Im thinkin about gettin some bronco II leaf springs.  Did you seee that post on pirate about the free waggoneer.  Its free.  i might also get some doors from pnp also.  how much would you charge me if i wanted you to cut em up and get em shaped.  ill weld the sheet metal on but i need some help locating the latch....  You should start making stickers brandon:  MILLER FABRICATIONS....

what trans did you use behind your 5.0? i am getting the engine this weekend but i dont know what trans to get also did you use your toy t-case? sorry about the questions i just really like what you have done with your truck.

Man your welcome to come use my tools but to make them it just takes a lot of time (you supply the consumables). Your best bet is to stop on by cause if you want me to make em turn key the cheapest I could do is $200 plus materials. I saw the wagoneer, and if he still has it come next weekend I can go get the stuff but I just don't have the time

Cutting the flat sheetemal is super easy with an air nibbler, doors take a bit of time because I use an air cutoff wheel and it is sorta slow. I did start cutting the other door but haven't welded anything so it would be super easy to ditch it and cut another which I would really rather do..

I still got that drivers side in perfect condition so if you are buying them anyway buy two passenger sides and swap one with me

Yep, those grease zerks are just pressed in and the first time you go to grease the JJ's the zerks will pop out.
I got mine a long time ago from allpoo and told them about it. They sent two new upper bolts over night but they were the same thing. So before i installed the new ones I pulled the zerks out and tapped the holes and installed pipe thread types and whala.
I guess it cost too much for them to do it this way. BTW they are werid to install and assemble but they work awesomely. My truck never flex anything like it does now...

haven't really done much so no updates but I had a great trip through fordyce over the weekend, I am real happy with the stock rear wagoneer springs in the rear and the johnny joints - rode very nice. The weather was well over 100 and the truck did great  8)

yea, the power steering was very sick after playing in the little sluice the night before.
