Finally some progress.  Takes a bit of time to fab with only an angle grinder.

Heres a shot of it outside and on wheels!

I think this is right, an estimate of COG is your top belhousing bolt so that is the yellow line and if you fallow your links(green lines) till they converge(blue X) then the hight of the blue x compared to your COG is your percent which looks like maybe 105%

**Dont take my word on any of this, is you rhink any part is wrong it probally is :smack:

Well if it has under 100% (which I think it does but not sure) the rear would squat a little, depending on the %, on accelation. You dont want it to be to low because it will suck allot of traction into the susp *kinda*. If its over 100% it will rise, some say a little is good beacause it puts aliitle preasure on the tires, but too much and the axle will try to walk under the rig. When I do the 4-link on the truck Im getting I wanna try and get the Antisquat right at 100% or maybe a little over, which is what allot of guys shoot for :beerchug:

That lower link being on the top of the axle tube may cause you some problems. Not enough strength in the triangle. It may help to bend a lower arm and attach lower. That will keep the clearance yet provide some resistance on the axle rotation.

I see what your sayin Cruzilla.  But I did it that way to gain the clearance of the lower links.  But After I tacked everything on I dont have much clearance between lowers and uppers where they cross.  So moving the lowers to the centerline of the axle would help!

But I decided to leave the way it is and see how it goes.  Reason being, by the time the lowers contact the uppers in compression, my coilovers would be beyond bottomed out.  So Im going to gusset the hell outta the lower mounts and the bridge of the uppers to take the axle wrap.  I have over 8" of vertical seperation at the ass end, and a good 4-5" at the tcase.
