Trust me, calling Marlin can be a pain. But its the only way to get thru to them. But be persistent. I have talked to Bigmike, and he says there are times the phone will not stop ringing, and you can't answer them all. And then the next hour the phone won't ring at all. Its crazy. They did have some issues with some of the adapters at one time, and they did some warranty work, but I cannot remember what adapter or part it was. Need to call and see if that is the case. More than likely they will need to see it and find out what the issue is. They do keep records of all the adapters sold, to who, and when. I would text Bigmike to see if he could help you, but he is out of the country right now.
