Charging problem
« on: Mar 26, 2005, 08:32:27 PM »
Got in the runner today to do some running around and did fine it sat for about an hour. When I went to start it back up the charge and brake light wouldnt go off. Brake fluid is good driving it home I would get it up ofve 3500 rmp's and the lights would go off but as soon as it droped below 3500 it would come back on. About 10min's into the drive home they went out. Got back in to run to the store and they where back on.

Ok now my problem IM AN ELETRICAL DUMMY im guessing its going ot be A. Alt or B. voltage reg. How would I go about checking to rule one or both out? I barrowed a Multi meter form my Dad Just dont know where to start or finnish.
